Welcome to 'Living with PTSD'.

The purpose of this part of the project is to share PTSD specific resources and to assist individuals to access relevant support - Veterans and Civilians alike - however you contracted your PTSD.

I will use this page to make you aware of various projects that assist people with PTSD, voluntary and statutory. I'll put some effort towards policy issues within statutory care service providers.

I'll use the blog to interview other agencies and, hopefully, expand the list of organisations that can assist you if you have been diagnosed with PTSD. There will be resources for people that have suffered PTSD from other routes too (eg child abuse, domestic violence etc).

Please be aware that I have no control over the organisations that I have listed as sources of help ... and that I have never contacted some of the organisations for help myself. I hope that your experience with them will be a positive one. I am merely signposting you to organisations that may be able to help you with your issues. However, if you have a negative experience resulting from unprofessional behaviour, I may be able to help you by putting you in touch with people that can bring your complaint to the attention of the right people.

I can't always keep the information up to date because I live with PTSD too, so please check things out carefully before proceeding on a course of action and please make sure someone is helping you.

This project is run by Wolf Photography. I hope that you will find it useful in some way.
